Flatforms, Denim and Leather

I can’t believe next week is the end of July! Even though this has been a pretty chill month, I really want august to come for so many reasons! I cannot reveal them all since most of them will be surprises, not just for me but also for you guys, but there is something I can already tell you about august: the blog is turning one year old!!! I’m really excited about it and there will be new features, new collaborations and something for you, of course, so stay tuned and don’t miss my upcoming articles and social media posts 🙂

Today’s outfit is all about combining different fabrics and still getting a fashionista look! Sometimes it is hard for us to put together completely different patterns or designs and make them look good. For that reason, I decided to take a chance and create an outfit that has different fabrics, materials and trends. Leather and denim always look good together, especially if your bottom is made out of leather. Now, what other options can I add to this combo and still get a stylish look? Since flatforms are super IN right now, I decided to try them out with my ootd. I definitely loved the outcome but I felt there was something missing, perhaps a hair accesory or jewerly? I tried both and added a tribal necklace and my beautiful hat made in Nicaragua. The final result was not what I had in mind but exactly what I was looking for, a different but stylish option. Blending different patterns, fabrics or styles can be fun and you can actually come up with something you never thought about but you truly love! Go ahead and do it and let me know how it goes!
